Room Setup and Amenities Check
Verification of identity and distribution of Id cards and food passes
Ensure smooth entry of participants and guests
Faculty taking care of chief guest should be informed beforehand
Mic arrangements, Projector setup, Emcees should be present
Give first preference to visiting participants
Invite all the authorities and title and gold sponsors to the stage
Check the seating arrangement, technical setup and all other required things
Introduce all the events and the corrosponding rewards for the winners
Brief the audience about rules and regulations, judgement criteria
Invite the chief guest to declare the fest open
Explain the theme and sponsor tracks
Assign mentors and guides who would be helping
Make announcements, guide the participants towards the mess for dinner
Keep in mind the dinner arrangements of guests
Check the list of participants, Verify their final entry
